Practicing a balance diet is the toughest regime I've ever made. I can stand running and having muscle sore, and sacrificing my evening nap just to spend 1 hour to jog and brisk walking but I feel weak when it comes to foods.
The problem is, I love foods so much but thanks to le cruel classmate (wahahahaha) who always make fun of me saying that I'm *tuuut* and now I'm eager to lose some weight and kill those bad cholesterol.
